Returns & Exchanges
You can return or exchange your jacket within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached.
- To start a return, contact us by email or WhatsApp and we'll guide you through it.
- We reimburse your return shipping cost for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, and for change-of-mind or sizing returns/exchanges. Reimbursement is sent to you after you send us proof of shipment.
- Since our jackets are made to order, a 15% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns (change of mind, sizing). Waived for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return is received and inspected.
