Custom Leather Jackets — Made to Your Design

Have a design in mind? We build custom leather jackets from scratch — your sketch, your reference photo, or your own idea. Every jacket is handcrafted to order in premium full-grain leather.

How It Works

  1. Share your idea. Email or WhatsApp us your sketch, reference photos, or a written description of what you want.
  2. We review and quote. Within 24–48 hours, we'll confirm what's possible and send you a price.
  3. Approve and pay. Once you're happy with the quote, we send a secure payment link.
  4. We craft your jacket. Production takes 10–15 business days for custom pieces.
  5. Delivered to your door. Free shipping to the United States, fully tracked.

What We Can Customise

  • Leather type — full-grain cowhide, lambskin, sheepskin, suede
  • Colour and finish — including distressed, waxed, and vintage finishes

Returns on Custom Orders

Ordering something made just for you shouldn't feel risky. Here's exactly where you stand:

  • Doesn't fit right? We fix it free. Send us photos and your measurements within 30 days of delivery and we'll alter or remake your jacket at no cost to you. No fees.
  • Defective, damaged, or not what you approved? Send us photos within 30 days and we'll arrange either a replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer. We cover return shipping and there are no fees.
  • Changed your mind? You can return your custom jacket within 30 days. Because it was made specifically to your design and measurements and cannot be resold, a total fee of 30% applies to change-of-mind returns on custom orders. This is made up of a 15% custom-order fee plus our standard 15% restocking fee. We reimburse your return shipping cost.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached.

What to Send Us

The more detail you share, the faster we can quote. Helpful things to include:

  • Reference photos or a sketch of the design
  • Preferred leather type and colour
  • Your size, or detailed measurements (chest, shoulders, sleeve length, jacket length)
  • Any deadline you're working toward

Pricing

Custom jackets are quoted individually based on design complexity, materials, and detailing. Most custom pieces fall in a similar range to our standard collection, with more intricate designs priced accordingly. You'll always receive a firm quote before any payment is requested.
