Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy

By placing an order, you agree to the following Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy.

1. Cancellation Policy

• Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched for a full refund. To cancel, please contact us.
• Post-Dispatch Cancellations: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled but may be returned according to our Return Policy.

2. Return Policy

• You can return or exchange your jacket within 30 days of delivery.
  To be eligible for a return:
  Item must be unused and unworn
  Tags and original packaging must be included
  Proof of purchase is required
  Because each jacket is made-to-order, the following conditions apply:
  A 15% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns (change of mind, sizing). This fee is waived for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  We reimburse your return shipping cost for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, and for change-of-mind or sizing returns/exchanges. Reimbursement is sent to you after you send us proof of shipment.

3. Return Process

• Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, contact us by email or WhatsApp and we'll guide you through it.
• Shipping Costs: We reimburse your return shipping cost as described above.
• Packaging: Please ensure that returned items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

4. Refund Policy

• Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after we receive the returned item.
• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5. Exchanges

• Exchange Policy: To exchange an item, follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
