What types of leather jackets do you offer?
Ilhan Leather specialises in premium handcrafted leather jackets made from full-grain leather. Our collection includes bomber, biker, café racer, aviator, puffer, and shearling jackets, along with blazers and vests, for both men and women. Every piece is made to order.
What currency will I be charged in?
Prices are displayed in your local currency for convenience. At checkout, payment is processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), as that is where we are based and where our jackets are handcrafted.
This doesn't cost you anything extra. Your bank or card provider converts the amount automatically at the standard exchange rate, so the total you pay is equivalent to the price shown. We do not add any conversion fees.
The figure on your checkout screen will look different because it is shown in rupees rather than dollars — for example, USD 319 appears as approximately Rs 88,500. Your card statement will show the converted amount in your own currency. Some banks apply a small international transaction fee, which is set by your bank and not by us.
Is it safe to pay on your website?
Yes. All payments are processed through a secure, encrypted checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We never see or store your card details.
How can I determine my size for a leather jacket?
To find the right size, measure your chest, waist, and hips and compare these to the size chart on each product page. Choose a size that allows comfortable movement while keeping a tailored appearance. If you're between sizes or unsure, contact us and we'll help you choose.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with tags attached. Proof of purchase is required.
Who pays for return shipping?
We reimburse your return shipping cost — for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, and for change-of-mind or sizing returns. Reimbursement is sent to you once you provide proof of shipment.
Is there a restocking fee?
Because our jackets are made to order, a 15% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind and sizing returns on our standard collection. This fee is waived entirely for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Custom-designed jackets carry a 30% fee on change-of-mind returns — see our Custom Orders page for details.
How do I initiate a return?

Can I exchange my jacket for a different size or style?
Yes. Contact us within 30 days and we'll arrange an exchange. For custom-made jackets that don't fit correctly, we'll alter or remake your jacket free of charge.
What should I do if my jacket arrives damaged or defective?
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us with photos. We'll arrange either a replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer — with no fees and return shipping covered by us.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
All items can be returned within 30 days provided they are unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags attached. Custom and personalised jackets can also be returned, though a 30% fee applies to change-of-mind returns since they are made specifically to your design and measurements. Defective, damaged, or incorrect items are always returnable at no cost to you.
How long does delivery take?
Production takes 5–7 business days for standard pieces and 10–15 business days for custom orders. Delivery to the United States typically takes 10–14 business days in total, with free tracked shipping.
Do you ship to the United States?
Yes. We ship to the United States with free tracked delivery on every order. There are no shipping charges at checkout and no minimum order value.
