Free Shipping on Every Order

We offer free shipping on all orders. There are no shipping charges at checkout, no minimum order value, and no hidden fees. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay.

We currently ship to the United States and Pakistan. If you are ordering from another country, please contact us and we will do our best to arrange delivery.

Order Processing Time

  • Because every jacket is made to order, production takes 5-7 business days for our standard collection and 10-15 business days for custom orders.
  • You will receive a notification as soon as your order has shipped.

Delivery Estimates

  • United States: Typically 10-14 business days from order to delivery, including production time. Free and fully tracked.
  • Pakistan: Typically 3-7 business days after production is complete. Free.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, customs processing, or other unforeseen factors.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number.
  • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • While shipping is free, any import duties or taxes charged by your country's customs authority are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Ilhan Leather is not responsible for customs charges applied to your order after dispatch.

Returns

We also reimburse your return shipping cost if you need to send an item back within 30 days. See our Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy for full details.

Missing or Lost Packages

  • If you haven't received your order within the expected delivery time, please first check your tracking information.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at the time of purchase. Ilhan Leather is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
